I went with a bunch of friends and I ordered the cowboy burger. It was actually pretty good and I would get it again. Their crab dip was also pretty decent. However, I gave this place three stars because of what my companions got. One friend got the fried oyster sandwich and the sandwich just had the oyster and bread. She was pretty disappointed. It was definitely not worth the money. My other friend got the quesadilla and that was also pretty disappointing as well.

Looked @ a few "reviews" of this restaurant/lounge/sports bar.the gal that said this place is gross. Bad.all and all she posted a bad review. Here's mine and it is true and no BS Went on a Monday night aprox 8pm. Got right in , seated , greeted w/o waiting. Asked if we wished cocktails and beverages. Our server "lauren" no pressure as to any "any dishes" they wanted to move. New the specials. ..new the menu perfectly. ..we asked many questions as to local types of food/dishes. .made us feel comfortable. As to how the place "looked"..(we are from Southern ohio and travel world wide) this is a local owner restaurant. .great selection of bar items. . sports bar area and complete table service. A little outdated but that is to be expected with age/yrs in business. Plenty of local seafood items. This place serve prime rib 7 days a week. Seafood items prep. as ordered. Crab cakes prep w/o fillers .Ordered baked apple dumpling w ice cream. ... $5 and big enough for 2 easy. Could go on and on but you get the picture. Honestly our server Lauren was perfect. For those of whom like the "usual restaurants" swing into Olive Garden or Apple Bees and will find oneself at home. Better yet. ...hit Subway" AND get a sub. Did you ever think the subs @ Subway ALL taste the same? Case closed. . oh forgot. .the ice tea was one of the best too.

We stopped in this restaurant on the way home. There were not many other options. Should have kept going... The basic food was overcooked. Chicken was very dry. Potatoes extremely bland and soggy. Appetizers were greesy and felt microwaved. If you are not dying of starvation, keep driving.

Saw this place while sitting at a red light deciding where to go for lunch so I pulled in. Slow wait staff but friendly once they arrive. Seem to be a local hangout with lots of friendly banter between the tables and the guys at the bar who are having a whole lot of fun for 1 o'clock on a Monday afternoon.

Worst experience EVER.Gross food, awful rude service, disgusting everything.DO NOT GO.This place needs to be shut down.No joke....stay away.Someone needs to call the local health inspector.

A dear friend of mine asked to go here for lunch with.one of our colleagues.., worst mistake ever. The crab bisque tasted like a pound of sugar was in the little bowl I was served! And asking for a side cup of old bay? No, they wouldn't bring any. The breakfast is flat and boring, McDonald's McGriddles are way better sadly..such a shame.

Stopped in when my bladder required and this was the first place around. Sometimes you get lucky and find great food like that. Service: very friendly and personal. I could not imagine a more welcoming server. Food: prime rib was very good. Crab cakes were among the best I have ever had. Fried chicken is their signature dish and it may be the best I have ever had. Decor: uh . . . little too fancy and dated to fit the actual personality of the place.

Went there in the evening with a party of 20 on short notice. They handled us very well and everyone's meal came out at once and without any mistakes. Many of us got the fried chicken which didn't disappoint. Personally I would go just for the cornbread. I have been going occasionally for decades.

Stopped in for breakfast while driving through town. We were a bit nervous with the dated decor in the dining room, not to mention confused upon entry of where to go. When we found the correct door to enter we were greeted by a very friendly young waitress and sat where we liked. We both ordered omelettes which came with homefries and toast. Food arrived and was very delicious. The home fries were the best I have had in years, and the omlette had a perfect ratio of ingredients. We will surely stop in again if we are in the area.

It was about what I expected, good over all. The cornbread they serve is by far the best I have ever had...would go back for that...not so much the prime rib.

Truly the BEST fried chicken I have ever had. Crab bisque is good too. Service was very friendly. All food is fresh and homemade. This was a nice break during a long road trip with 2 kids. We will be back

All i'm gonna say is the bisque was too thick, kind of pasty & the crab dip on the chicken chesapeake sandwich had to much celery in it - the place seems to be popular with the older local crowd - we wanted something other than fast food since we have been in the road since 7/11/13!! Life is good - the food sometimes isn't!

We went to Peaky's tonight really hoping to have a good experience. What a disappointment! We had, greasy wings, no napkins, greasy soup, no crackers. I had a crab cake sandwich that tasted and resembled tuna salad in texture. A $12 tuna fish sandwich on a standard cheap hamburger roll with chip. Oh, and my beer on tap was flat, and the bottle of Yuengling that I had tasted like it had been sitting in the back of a mop closet for 10 years! Nasty, nasty, nasty! Shame on you Peaky's. You have a nice place, in a good location and you're screwing it up! No wonder no one was there eating! We will not be back.

My review is for two items on their menu: 1. Crab bisque: TO DIE FOR!! It's so creamy & delicious, and a good aount of crab in it. Don't even bother with the cup ($3.99), get the bowl ($5.50)! You will be happy you did. I get excited when I come to the Eastern Shore just to have this crab bisque. 2. Crab dip: Sooo cheesy and also warm, and a GENEROUS amount of crab...Comes with some soft bread to dip with. No chips though.

I went here with a friend after a very long trip and it was a little after 11 pm. They had a small late night menu. I got the crab dip which was recommended in the previous review. I could tell by the texture and taste that it was maybe 5% crab and then tuna but priced as and called crab - not cool. The chicken sandwhich was ok. Edible if you are starving and have no choice, but I would recommend fast food. This place is overpriced for barely mediocre food.

Pretty bad. The table bread was corn bread and sticky buns...The corn bread had this bizarre gummy consistency and was inedible. The other was slices of a cinnamon roll like you'd get from Costco. The side dishes were served on the plate in little bowls like in a cafeteria. The apple sauce side was clearly from a can (not even a jar)...which is pretty unacceptable as a side to a $22 entree. The meal left us feeling sick to our stomaches afterwards.
